Intuit had a great Investor Day yesterday, where I showcased some of our AI innovations. Like Intuit Assist, the GenAI-powered financial assistant in all our products. It drives Intuit Mailchimp’s Revenue Intelligence, helping businesses find untapped revenue, and the Intuit QuickBooks invoice generator, getting customers paid 45% faster. We’re also putting AI to work in Credit Karma’s document management feature, which will soon be able to pull in data from photos or uploaded files and share it with Intuit TurboTax. And most recently, AI is providing insights and recommendations to mid-market businesses in our new Intuit Enterprise Suite. Special thanks to the engineers behind all these innovations!

Intuit's agentic AI experiences will automate routine tasks so our customers and our Intuit TurboTax and Intuit QuickBooks Live experts can focus on higher-value activities. Our specialized AI agents will dynamically determine the right sequence of operations to achieve goals and complete tasks autonomously, with human direction and oversight. This is a big leap into the done-for-you future!

Intuit continues to innovate in AI development. We just announced the next version of our proprietary Generative AI Operating System (GenOS). It now includes GenOS AI Workbench, a dedicated development environment for end-to-end application development, and enhancements to GenStudio, GenRuntime, and GenUX components. The new GenOS is a big step toward accelerating development velocity across our products and services to solve our customers’ most important financial problems.https://lnkd.in/gWjph3MW

I’m so proud of Intuit technologists, whose innovations over the past year were the engine behind the company’s great fiscal year 2024 results. We’ve now kicked off our tech strategy for fiscal year 2025, and I know I’ll be fired up about the impact it’s had on our customers and our business a year from now!

Love the Intuit mentions in Fast Company: Shivang Shah on how Intuit Mailchimp uses the marketing data of small businesses to make personalized recommendations, and Ashok Srivastava on how we transformed our data processes so we could safely put it to use for our customers.

We just wrapped up Global Engineering Days (GED), a twice-yearly weeklong code-a-thon where Intuit technologists collaborate on projects they’re passionate about. The theme for this GED was “We are building our next chapter,” a reference to the builder culture we’re creating at Intuit. I saw so many exciting projects, many of which will soon make our work easier or help our customers prosper. Events like GED make me especially grateful to be part of this amazing culture!Check out some GED highlights. https://lnkd.in/gk4zUATZ

It was great to share thoughts with these inspiring panelists. I also loved being at the show with other technologists and leaders, learning about new technologies and hearing how others are working with AI and GenAI.
